Aisle Planner Be Unforgettable

What an exciting year we’ve had at Aisle Planner! We’re officially in the final month of 2017 (how in the world did that happen?) and, while we can’t quite believe it’s time to dive into yet another new year, we’re excited to close 2017 out with December’s theme of Be Unforgettable.

And, what better way to celebrate the idea of not being forgotten than with a quote from the queen of making an impact herself: Beyoncé?

We love Queen Bey’s words because they remind us what being unforgettable is truly about—something that lives far beneath the skin-deep surface we tend to focus on. So often, when we think about making a statement, we think about the superficial (i.e. What can I wear to this party to ‘wow’ them?).

But Beyoncé’s oh-so-wise words remind us that being unforgettable is about so much more than being “a hot girl.”

In a world where women in particular are so often judged on what clothes they wear, how they wear their hair, whether or not they have well-manicured nails, the list goes on (and on...and on), Beyoncé defies society’s superficial standards and unrealistic expectations in the name of being something far more important than just being hot: being iconic. We love the idea of channeling your inner-Bey this month, then, and working toward being iconic, unstoppable and—yes—unforgettable in both your professional and personal lives.

For one month, we encourage you to set aside your worries about the skin-deep (the ones we all, understandably, have) and instead replace them with a drive to be unforgettable in a way that goes far beyond beauty or aesthetics. Work toward creating an unparalleled client experience, a workflow that changes the way couples plan their weddings, or cultivating professional relationships in a way that will leave people saying Who is that wedding planner and where has she been all my life? Whether tackling big-ticket items or everyday tasks, challenge yourself this month to execute all of your to-dos, meetings and marketing efforts with just a little more verve and determination—all in the name of being absolutely unforgettable to the couples, wedding professionals and vendors you work with.
